Students in the Department of Electronics and Electrical Engineering (EEE) at the University of Information Technology and Science are now quite busy. They are working on their final year project. Abu Bakar Siddique, Adil Adnan, Kazi Emdad, Atiqur Rahman, Mazharul Islam, Shariful Islam Chowdhury and Shovon Islam have made this low cost ventilator. Titumir, a member of the team, said the ventilator used to treat corona is expensive.
Our ventilators are very affordable. I have made a ventilator for 18-19 thousand rupees. Attention is being paid to the development of practical knowledge of the students of all the departments of the university. Teachers are paying attention to what students are learning in the classroom to solve various problems in real life. That is why Sheikh Saadi, another student of EEE department, has created 'Automatic Hand Sanitizing Device'.
